car trouble last night and this morning makes me quite late to work, but no one here cares. i'm very tired, though, but this evening will hopefully be relaxing enough.

in looking through the game site i frequent daily, there's an article where paramount is blaming the video game company named eidos for the poor showings of the new tomb raider movie in the box office. "The only thing we can attribute that to is that the gamers were not happy with the latest version of the 'Tomb Raider' video game, which is our core audience," Paramount distribution president Wayne Lewellen said. you know, i have a suspicion that isn't the case at all. i think the tomb raider movie had poor showings in the box office because it SUCKS...just like the first movie. the games are crap and so are the movies; this franchise needs to die.

on to other things. i've been on a chains kick for a while...currently listening to them in fact. watched the unplugged dvd with jessica last night. i want to see a good concert sometime this fall...it's that time of the year (at least for me) to see some live music and i think i may have a chance to see a really good one...i heard on the radio this morning that radiohead is coming to new orleans sometime early october. i don't think i have to say how much i'd like to see that. anyway, work is waiting. out.
