the radio has some redeeming qualities every now and then...well, let's just say that it surprises me every now and then. for example, amidst shitty music like godsmack (who i think is cpr's favorite band ever), three doors down, and creed as well as playing older songs over and over (like soundgarden and nirvana), this morning i was privileged to hear "head like a hole" by nine inch nails. quite unexpected indeed, but the radio still sucks.

last night i went to bed earlier than i usually do, but i woke up an hour earlier than i normally do...and that was after i'd already woken up around 4am...pretty crazy. i'm tired, but not overly so. tonight's a rehearsal that i'm not really looking forward to. it's not that i don't want to do it, i just don't want to drive to ocean springs for something that has potential to be useless. i also got a call yesterday from someone wanting me to participate in a fundraiser for center stage...i think it will be held at the grand, but i haven't called back so i don't know all the details.

stuart introduced me to a band called agents of oblivion last year. this band was a product of the splitting of acid bath and i like it...a lot. i ended up ordering the album yesterday b/c all i had was 2 songs and i don't feel like hunting them to download. as it is, i'll still put the tracks on my machine because i can.

it's good to know that this site is still around. if you need any emulators for just about anything, go there. they have some roms listed, too, but they're the legal kind (i.e. they suck). you have to find the games somewhere else. ok, that should do it for now. out.
