yesterday was the first day of autumn. it's been looking like it, but still hasn't felt like it yet. still, it's nice outside either way. today is the day that marks 8 months for jessica and i being together. these 8 months have been awesome...to the point where it does and does not (at the same time) feel like it's been that long. i'm looking forward to seeing her tonight, as well, since i didn't get to see her for too long last night.

wow...here's an article from gamesarefun.com stating that the nintendo gamecube, starting tomorrow, will only be $100. it sounds a little early to be dropping the price, but the article had an interesting quote from a nintendo rep: "So far in 2003, Nintendo GameCube is the only home console showing an increase in unit sales compared to 2002." not bad at all....that means that more and more good games are coming out and pushing the sales of the consoles. this lower price tag will also allow the gamecube to permeate further into the market and become like the snes. nintendo's never been bad at that.

played soul caliber 2 last night and it is excellent. i didn't realize that it was so deep for a fighting game. i mean, sure, i knew the gameplay mechanics would be superb, but i didn't expect the weapons master mode to be so enjoyable *and* replayable. i'm glad i bought this game. wario world came in from gamefly, but i havent gotten a chance to play it yet. i'm hoping it'll be better than time splitters 2...hmm, i need to send that one back soon. ok, that's it...out.
