i think i've come up with a new word. i searched through google, normal dictionaries, and urban dictionaries, but never any results...which is good because i can now say i've invented a new word....whether it actually is used is a different story.

lifejack - referring to something that hijacks your life, usually an addiction of some sort. ex. 1. Everquest 2 and World of Warcraft have lifejacked my friends. ex. 2. Too bad heroin lifejacked Danny...he used to be an okay guy.
