I have heard from two former close friends in one week that I haven't talked to in quite a while. It was very good to hear from them and I hope to not be an ass and keep in contact with them.
Joel had some interesting news on his site. Darren Aronofsky is named to be the director of The Watchmen movie. I am excited about that. Those comics were the coolest. In other news like stuff, George Lucas has announced the name of episode 3: "Revenge of the Sith". If you want to know my thoughts on George Lucas and his defiling of the holy trilogy, go here.I am not sure i am going to boycott this movie or not. I do know, however, that George Lucas has pissed a lot of people off. I go to a website called Fark and the people who post on there are nerds just like you and me and are very likely to go and see it, but not without some reserve. Go here and get their versions of what the movie should be called. It is quite amusing.
I have been doing a lot of collages lately and I would like to take pictures of them and post them. Joel told me he could put a gallery up for me to display whatever I wanted and I think i will remind him of that. I also have sketched a little bit lately. I drew a picture of a pretty fairy. Well, it is pretty to me, perhaps to no one else. I have watercolors that i want to play with, too. Just put all that stuff down with the books i want to read, the comics that i want to get through and the story I want to write and I have plenty of stuff to keep me busy. I just need to get off my butt and do them. I am off all day tomorrow, so perhaps I can start on something then. I think that is all i have to report. Later, all.
